Being a family-run firm it is now second-generation led by Richard Simms, son of Frank Simms co-founder and chairman. Our introduction of all of our directors as shareholders in our business gives us increased strength and breadth of skills.

We see our challenge as one of going beyond simply answering questions and giving industry standard advice but as one of creating unique and innovative solutions to individual circumstances.
