They've been wonderful looking after my elderly dad. He's much happier now with his carers. It's good that we have the same people coming all the time as he has dementia and the previous homecare agency sent different people all the time, which was confusing for him.I can't visit him in Manchester at the moment because of lockdown, but I feel better that he's being well looked after and his carers are so loving. I'm so glad dad's being well cared for at home and doesn't have to go into a care home.
