read moreWhen you decide to get married and set the date out come the lists so many things to organise and pay for! Often having a wedding film made is not at the top of the list and may even be somewhere down the bottom. The term Wedding Video often conjures up mental images of a 1980s camcorder-wielding uncle or friend of the family that delivers you a VHS poor quality epic 2 hour film filed with shaky footage and lots of shots of either people dancing (badly) or stuffing their faces- neither of which you want to see. Those type of videos get watched once and then shoved in a cupboard never to see the light of day again.

We have come a long way since those days and you do not need a Hollywood budget to produce a cinematic wedding film that beautifully captures all the best parts of your day and immortalises those memories like only video can. Pictures are great and you certainly need them, but a well-made wedding films captures so much more than pictures alone ever can! I cannot tell you the amount of times a couple after having watched their wedding film for the first time have said to me that they just cried. In fact, I dont feel I have done my job well unless they tell me that. Those precious emotions experienced on your wedding day deserve capturing forever so that you can re-live them again and again. Think too of relatives or friends who may not be able to make it to the wedding- how wonderful that they can share the joy and experience those emotions to. Relatives living abroad can watch your wedding film via an Internet link and experience the day with you from afar.

Yes I believe that having a cinematic wedding film made should be right at the top of your list.

From meeting Julian a few weeks before the wedding, to seeing him again on the wedding day......he put us both at ease from day one!! Julian listened to everything we wanted and this shone through in the amazing video we have recently received!! Julian has managed to capture moments even we had forgotten from the day.......moments during the ceremony, to the speeches and even a few dance moves being thrown out on the dance floor!! we have already watched the video many times, as our family and friends have, and we all think it's truly amazing!! read moreMy now wife and I made a late decision to get a Videographer and document our wedding, and fortunately for us, Julian was able to make the date. Julians professionalism and ideas were top notch and we cant fault him one bit. Our venue was a converted old warehouse (looks better than it sounds) and we had some initial concerns about the lighting and sound but Julian overcame all obstacles and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. Everyone who has seen the final video have all said how emotional it made them feel and how great everything looked so thank you Julian for helping us remember our special day so perfectly. Wed definitely recommend having a Videographer for your wedding and youd have to go a long way to find one better than Julian.
