We recognise that you may require loans tailor made to meet your personal needs. We provide immediate decisions and facilities that are flexible and competitive. We can supply up to 65% of the value of the security, however, unlike most lenders, if the asset is valued higher than purchase price, then 100% funding can be offered as we always lend against Valuation and not Purchase Price.
