Non refund of money
Yes.... Great at taking money! Not great at putting it back. Excuse after excuse.. And wait, they never or rarely answer phone! Mail box is always full!! From folk wanting their refunds, I wonder.David

Refund!!
After paying for treatment for tooth implant and being told I wasn't compatible for the procedure I've just been informed after months of waiting for my money to be put back into my bank account that the company is now under new management and I will not be getting my money back! Waiting and waiting for my promised refund ! Never anyone to speak to in London or Manchester. Never a manager to speak to. I'm off to my Solicitors to see if I can take them to court. Do not use this company for anything. Value for Money

They are a scam!
They are the biggest scams out there! Don't buy into it. They are liars and don't exist at all! POLICE are on their case. They are professional thieves an organised scheme company. I know someone who worked for them and they tricked her into it too! Everything!!!

Outrageous Customer Service
Paid them to carry out implant work which on investigation turned out that I wasn't suitable without a bone graft. I decided not to go ahead & requested a refund of my money. Then the problems started! Numerous calls & emails were made but no money was returned. My solicitors letters were also ignored. Happy days for me at least. My credit card provider eventually refunded my money. None
