1. Description of the racking system.
Design of the main elements.
1.1. Racking frames of series PC.090.
Frame type PC.090 Scope - racking systems for
medium and high loads. Supporting profile made of non-uniform cross-section
with front and two side ribs.
Bolting grade not less than 8.8. To prevent loosening
of connections nuts with polyamide inserts are used.
Design and sketch
drawings of the main elements of the frames are shown in Figure1. Sketch

1.2. Beams
Beams supporting structures of
racking systems of rectangular profiles with different cross sections and
lengths depending on the load, the number and size of pallets to be placed in
the storage level.
Beams are connected with frames by
means of brackets with teeth of trapezoidal shape, with an inclination to the
vertical axis of the bracket that makes a stiff engagement of the elements,
providing high load capacity and reliability of the racking system.
Each beam is provided with locks (4 pcs.) that protect
against unauthorized release of bracket-to-frame engagement due to random
effects of loading equipment or warehouse staff (supplied). Type and size of
the cross section profile of the beam is shown in Figure 2. Beam-to-upright
connecting parts are shown in Figure 3
