MANCHESTER GROUND N POUND Vale Tudo Gym is located in the noted; Van Dang Martial Arts Academy, in the middle of Manchester's city centre. It was established in 2002 by four ambitious professional martial artists. We specialize in Boxing, Kick Boxing, Submission Wrestling and No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. MGNP is home to; professional, semi-professional fighters, and welcomes all beginners, to train in a controlled and safe environment.
